Fruit Kimchi

Ingredients

100 g cabbage, 60 g pineapple, 25 g orange peel, 20 g pickled wild peppers, 10 g apple, and raisins to taste.

Seasonings

100 g Korean rice vinegar, 50 g white sugar, 15 g lemon juice, 10 g salt.

Instructions

1. Slice the cabbage, sprinkle with salt, and let it sit for 1 hour, then drain off the excess water.

2. Slice the pineapple, apple, and orange peel, then mix well with the cabbage.

3. Add pickled wild peppers, Korean rice vinegar, lemon juice, and white sugar, seal and soak for 6 hours, then remove and plate, sprinkle with raisins. This dish is sweet, sour, and slightly spicy, with a rich fruity aroma—perfect as an appetizer with drinks.
