Seasonings
25 g soy sauce, 15 g sesame oil, 6 g salt, and 2 g MSG (or to taste).
Instructions
1. Remove the leaves from the lettuce, trim off the tough root end and peel, then cut into irregular bite-sized pieces and set aside.
