Ingredients
500 g (about 1 lb) onions, 3 green and red chili peppers.
Seasonings
15 g soy sauce, 15 g aged vinegar (Chinkiang vinegar), 5 g salt, and 3 g sesame oil.
Instructions
1. Peel the outer skin off the onions, wash them, then slice them vertically and cut into thick strips or small pieces; slice the chili peppers into strips and place both in a serving dish.
2. Then mix in salt, soy sauce, and aged vinegar, finishing with a drizzle of sesame oil, and toss everything together until well combined. This dish is fresh, crisp, and tender, with a pleasantly tangy and spicy flavor.
