Chilled Jellyfish Head with Aged Black Vinegar

Ingredients

Jellyfish head and cilantro, both to taste.

Seasonings

Zhenjiang black vinegar, mushroom seasoning, sugar, and garlic, all to taste.

Instructions

1. Finely mince the garlic and chop the cilantro; wash the jellyfish head, then cut it into pieces or strips, soak in cold purified water for at least 2 hours, then drain the soaking water, rinse once more with fresh purified water, and drain thoroughly.

2. Place the jellyfish head in a bowl, add minced garlic, sugar to taste, and mushroom seasoning, then pour in Zhenjiang aged vinegar and stir to dissolve the sugar and seasoning, finally sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
