Ingredients
Tender cucumbers, cherry radishes, yellow bell peppers, and seaweed sheets, each to taste.
Seasonings
Sugar, sesame oil, salt, and chicken bouillon powder, all to taste.
Instructions
1. Wash and slice the cucumber, radish, and yellow bell pepper; cut the seaweed into thin strips.
2. Place the cucumber, radish, and yellow bell pepper in a sealed airtight container and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
3. Just before serving, add sugar, sesame oil, salt, and chicken bouillon to taste, then cover and shake to combine; transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with shredded nori seaweed.
