Cold Crab Stick Salad

Learn how to make a refreshing Cold Crab Stick Salad with cilantro, dried shrimp, and sesame seeds.

Ingredients

Crab sticks, chopped cilantro, dried shrimp, and sesame seeds, each to taste.

Seasonings

Chicken bouillon, vegetable oil, and spicy seafood sauce, each to taste.

Instructions

1. Place the crab sticks in hot water and cook for 1-2 minutes, then remove, drain, and let cool; soak the dried shrimp in hot water until softened; heat a flat-bottom pan over low heat, add sesame seeds and toast until golden brown and fragrant, then remove from heat and let cool.

2. Once cooled, shred the crab sticks into thin strips, drizzle with vegetable oil, add dried shrimp and chopped cilantro, then mix in your preferred amount of seafood spicy sauce (or another chili sauce, or omit it entirely) and toss everything together until well combined.

3. Place the mixed shredded imitation crab on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
