Potato and Ham Salad

Ingredients

100 g potatoes, 150 g smoked ham, 50 g cucumber, 30 g each of carrot and canned peas, 2 eggs.

Seasonings

Salad dressing, ground black pepper, fine salt, and chicken bouillon powder, each to taste.

Instructions

1. Cut the ham into small cubes; wash the cucumber and slice into small pieces; wash the potatoes and carrots, steam until fully cooked, then peel and slice; wash the eggs, place in a pot with water and boil until hard-cooked, remove and cool thoroughly under cold water, peel, and slice into pieces similar in size to the potato slices.

2. Mix together the potato slices, egg slices, cucumber slices, carrot slices, smoked ham cubes, peas, mayonnaise, salt, chicken bouillon powder, and pepper until well combined. This dish is colorful, with a soft and tender texture and a savory, slightly spicy, sweet and sour flavor.
