Ingredients
Celery 300 g (about 10 oz), rehydrated dried bean curd sticks 200 g (about 7 oz).
Seasonings
20 g sesame oil, 10 g each of rice vinegar and soy sauce, 5 g salt, and 2 g MSG.
Instructions
1. Wash the celery, remove the leaves, blanch in boiling water, then rinse under cold water and cut into shreds; arrange on a plate. Cut the dried bean curd sticks into shreds and place on top of the celery.
2. Dissolve the MSG in hot water first, then pour it together with soy sauce, salt, and rice vinegar over the celery and dried tofu sticks, add sesame oil and toss well. This dish is light and crisp, savory and refreshing.
