250 g rice flour, 1500 g (about 6 1/2 cups) water, 100 g cucumber.
Seasonings
25 g sesame paste, 10 g sesame oil, 400 g (about 1 3/4 cups) broth, 15 g (about 1 tablespoon) mustard.
Instructions
1. Mix flour with water to form a thick batter, then cook it over heat until it becomes a paste. Spread the paste evenly onto a wooden board, let it cool completely, roll it up, and cut into wide strips. Arrange on a plate.
2. Top with shredded cucumber, then add sesame paste, mustard, and chili oil. Pour over the seasoned broth and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil. This dish is cool and refreshing, making it a perfect summer treat.
