Stir-Fried Celery with Shrimp

Ingredients

Celery, baby corn, red bell pepper, and peeled shrimp, each to taste.

Seasonings

Salt, olive oil, and chicken bouillon powder, each to taste.

Instructions

1. Slice the celery and red bell pepper; cut the baby corn in half lengthwise; devein and rinse the shrimp. Blanch all these ingredients in boiling water for half a minute, then quickly remove and plunge into ice water to cool.

2. After cooling, drain well and transfer to a large lidded container, seal tightly, and refrigerate until needed.

3. Just before serving, add the seasonings, cover and shake to mix well, then transfer to a plate and serve.
