Cilantro Tofu Salad

Ingredients

Tofu (silken/soft tofu) and cilantro, both to taste.

Seasonings

Chicken bouillon powder, sesame oil, scallions, garlic, and fine salt, all to taste.

Instructions

1. Shred the scallions and garlic; cut the cilantro into sections and set aside. Cut the tofu into small cubes, blanch in boiling water with salt to remove the beany flavor, drain well, arrange on a plate, and let cool.

2. Heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet, stir-fry the shredded scallions until fragrant, then pour the mixture over the tofu.

3. Sprinkle with shredded garlic, add salt and chicken bouillon to taste, scatter the cilantro segments on top, toss everything together, and serve.
