Salt and Sichuan peppercorns, to taste.
Instructions
1. Wash and trim the chives, then cut them straight into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces.
2. Mix with fine salt and Sichuan peppercorns, place in a bowl and cover tightly, then let it marinate for two to three days before serving. This economical dish pairs perfectly with rice.
