Garden Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

20 g mixed lettuce hearts, 15 g each of shiitake mushrooms and straw mushrooms, 10 g enoki mushrooms.

Seasonings

20 g (about 1.5 tablespoons) Italian balsamic vinegar, olive oil to taste.

Instructions

Slice the assorted lettuce hearts, shiitake mushrooms, and straw mushrooms, then toss with Italian balsamic vinegar and olive oil before arranging on a plate.
