Ingredients
100 g cooked lean beef, 100 g dried tofu, 100 g napa cabbage heart, and a small amount of cilantro.
Seasonings
Salt, soy sauce, MSG, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame oil, each to taste.
Instructions
1. Shred the cooked beef and dried tofu, blanch them in boiling water, remove and rinse under cold water, then drain well; wash and shred the napa cabbage; wash the cilantro and cut into 1/2 cm (about 1/4 inch) pieces, set aside.
2. Combine fine salt, soy sauce, MSG, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame oil to make the dressing; set aside.
3. Place the shredded cabbage on a plate, then layer the shredded dried tofu, shredded beef, and cilantro on top. Pour the freshly mixed dressing over everything and serve. This dish is savory, fresh, and delicious.
