Ingredients
Artificial crab meat (cooked), tender cucumber, potatoes, and cherry tomatoes, each to taste.
Seasonings
Salt, chicken bouillon, sugar, and mayonnaise, each to taste.
Instructions
1. Dice the cucumber and crab meat into small cubes.
2. Boil the potatoes with their skins on until tender, then plunge them into cold water to cool. Peel and cut into small cubes.
3. Place all ingredients from steps 1 and 2 into a large lidded airtight container, seal, and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
4. Just before serving, add the seasonings, cover and shake to mix well, then plate; garnish with halved cherry tomatoes.
