Ingredients
250 g (about 1/2 lb) green bell peppers, 3 pieces of firm tofu (dried tofu).
Seasonings
5 g sesame oil, 5 g salt, 5 g white sugar, and a pinch of MSG (or to taste).
Instructions
1. Remove the stems from the green peppers, wash them, and cut into thin strips. Cut the dried tofu into thin strips as well.
2. Blanch the green peppers and dried tofu together in boiling water, then drain well. Transfer to a mixing bowl, add sesame oil, white sugar, salt, and MSG, and toss until evenly combined. Serve on a plate. This dish is colorful and aromatic, making it an excellent accompaniment to drinks.
