Cold Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

300 g broccoli, 100 g carrot, 150 g fresh mushrooms.

Seasonings

10 g scallions, 10 g garlic, 10 g sesame oil, 5 g salt, and 5 g vinegar.

Instructions

1. Wash the broccoli and break it into small florets, blanch in boiling water, then spread out to cool; dice a small amount of carrot into small cubes; slice the mushrooms and blanch them as well; prepare some shredded scallions and minced garlic to taste.

2. Combine the broccoli, carrot, mushrooms, scallion, and garlic in a bowl. Add salt, vinegar, and sesame oil to taste, then toss well and serve.
