2 cucumbers

Garlic cloves (several), salt to taste, sesame oil to taste, chicken bouillon powder to taste.
Instructions
1. Wash the cucumber, split it in half lengthwise, and gently tap it with the flat side of a knife. Cut the cucumber into diamond-shaped pieces, place in a large bowl, and mix with salt. Let it marinate for 15 minutes, then gently squeeze out excess water. Finely mince the garlic and set aside.
2. Add the minced garlic to the cucumber, drizzle with sesame oil, add a pinch of chicken bouillon, and toss everything together until well combined. Serve immediately.
