Ingredients
500 g (about 1 lb) Chinese lettuce (celtuce), 250 g (about 1/2 lb) cucumber.
Seasonings
5 g salt, 5 g scallion, 100 g red chili peppers, 3 slices ginger, 10 g vinegar, 25 g chili oil.
Instructions
1. Peel the lettuce, wash it, and cut it into thin strips; wash the cucumber and cut it into thin strips; also cut the chili pepper into thin strips, then toss all the strips together.
2. Sprinkle with salt and vinegar, mix well, then top with scallions and ginger, and drizzle with hot chili oil. This dish is vibrant in color and full of flavor.
