Ingredients
500 g (about 1 lb) rooster feet.
Seasonings
20 g (about 1 1/2 tablespoons) chili oil, 10 g (about 2 teaspoons) minced garlic, and 10 g (about 2 teaspoons) Sichuan pepper salt.
Instructions
1. Wash the chicken feet and remove the tough outer skin, place them in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a low simmer and cook for about 20 minutes, remove the pot from the heat, let cool, then take out the chicken feet.
2. Using a small knife, make a cut along the back of the main bone and small toes, then remove the entire bone from the chicken feet to form chicken hoof flowers.
