Chinese Cabbage Heart Salad

Ingredients

1 large napa cabbage heart

Seasonings

Cilantro, scallions, and dried red chili peppers, each to taste.

Instructions

1. Finely shred the cabbage heart and set aside; finely chop the cilantro and scallions, cut dried red chili peppers into small sections and set aside; combine the shredded cabbage heart with the chopped cilantro and scallions.

2. Heat oil in a wok, add dried red chili pepper segments and fry slowly over low heat until fragrant, then pour the hot oil directly over the vegetables.

3. After mixing the chili oil with the cabbage, add salt, sugar, and MSG to taste, then stir well and serve.
