Peach Salad

Ingredients

750 ml water, 6 peaches, 6 whole cloves, 6 g cardamom.

Seasonings

350 g (about 1 3/4 cups) sugar.

Instructions

1. Make a syrup with sugar, cloves, cardamom, and water, bring to a boil, cover, and let steep for ten minutes.

2. Peel the peaches, keeping them whole, soak them in hot sugar water, then remove, slice, and remove the pits.

3. Place in a soup bowl, pour the sauce over it, and wrap the peaches completely.
