Three-Flavor Cucumber Salad

Instructions

1. Wash the cucumber, remove the seeds, and cut into sections. Blanch in boiling water, then drain well. Cut the chili pepper into thin strips. Toss the cucumber sections and chili strips together, sprinkle with salt, mix well, and arrange on a plate.

2. Heat the chili oil in a wok, then add scallions, ginger, chili peppers, soy sauce, vinegar, and white sugar to create a seasoned dressing, and pour it over the cucumbers to finish. This dish is colorful, delicious, and easy to prepare.
