100 g dried monkey head mushrooms, 30 g each of small shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoot slices, and an appropriate amount of clear broth.
Seasonings
Vegetable oil, white sugar, sesame oil, cooking wine, soy sauce, MSG, cinnamon stick, star anise, dried tangerine peel, ginger slices, and scallion sections, all to taste.
Instructions
1. First, rehydrate the lion's mane mushrooms and small shiitake mushrooms until soft, then rinse them clean and slice the lion's mane into thick pieces.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat, then add ginger slices, scallion sections, star anise, cinnamon stick, and dried tangerine peel, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Stir-fry the monkey head mushroom slices, bamboo shoot slices, and small shiitake mushrooms together.
4. Add clear broth, cooking wine, salt, white sugar, soy sauce, and MSG, braise until fully flavored, then remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil. This dish is rich and delicious.
